SaaS Policy Update Email Examples
Notice that the terms of service, privacy policy, data processing terms or sub-processor list are changing. Written by lawyers, sent because a law or a contract requires it, and read by almost nobody, which makes the variation in how it is delivered more interesting than the content. Look at how much notice is given, whether the change is summarised in plain language or only linked, and whether the email says what a customer has to do. Most say nothing and treat continued use as consent.
