SaaS Educational Email Examples

Mail that teaches something rather than announcing or selling it: a tip for a feature that already exists, a how-to, a template or checklist, a short course. It is the most common email in the second half of a trial and the most overlooked, because none of it is news. Look at how narrow each one is. The good ones teach one thing a user can do in five minutes and stop there. The weak ones are a feature tour dressed as a tutorial, with three links and no single next step.
