There are no accounts here and nothing to sign up for, so there is very little to say. This page says it plainly rather than at length.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Popupsmart Inc, 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1205, Newark, DE 19711, United States. We are the controller of the little data described below. Privacy questions go to legal@newslettersearchengine.com.

What the site records

Searches. The text of a search, any brand or type filter applied, how many results came back and how long it took. This is used to find queries that return nothing, which is how gaps in the archive get found.
Which emails get opened. The email and product involved. Used to understand what people come here for.
What you type into the removal form. The name and contact details you enter, because a removal request that cannot be answered is not much use to either of us.

What it does not do

No accounts, no sign-up, no profile.
No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site sets is the login session for its own admin pages, which ordinary visitors never receive.
No advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.
Archived emails are shown with their tracking pixels and remote assets stripped, so opening one here does not tell the original sender anything.

Who else is involved

The site runs on Cloudflare, which serves every request and therefore keeps its own standard server logs, including IP addresses, under its own terms. The removal form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to cut down on spam submissions. No other third party receives traffic from these pages.

The emails themselves

The archived messages are marketing and lifecycle emails that companies send to their users, received at addresses belonging to this archive. They are business communications rather than anyone’s personal correspondence. Where a name or address appears inside one, it is the archive’s own.

None of it is linked to you

This is the part worth stating precisely, because it decides everything below it. Searches and email views are written as bare counters: the query text, the filters, the numbers. No IP address, no cookie, no session identifier and no account is recorded alongside them, because there is no account and no session to record. Nothing in that data can be traced back to the person who produced it — by us or by anyone who compelled us.

The exception is the removal form, which is the one place you deliberately tell us who you are.

How long it is kept

Search and view counters are kept for three months by our analytics provider and then expire on their own.
Removal requests are kept for as long as the archive exists. They are the record of what was asked for and what we did about it, which is exactly the thing we would need if the same question were asked again.
Server logs are Cloudflare’s and follow their retention, not ours.

Your rights, honestly

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to it being processed. Ask at legal@newslettersearchengine.com and we will answer.

Be aware of what the answer will usually be. Because searches and views carry no identifier, there is no key to look you up by — we cannot produce “your” search history, and we cannot delete it, because we cannot tell which rows are yours. What we can find and act on is anything you sent us through the removal form. We would rather say that than imply a capability we do not have.

Children

This is a reference tool for people who write software marketing. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If what the site records changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. It is written from the code rather than from a template, so it cannot quietly fall out of date without the code being wrong too.
