Short, and written to be read. Using this site means these terms apply to you; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Who you are dealing with
newslettersearchengine is operated by Popupsmart Inc, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, at 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1205, Newark, DE 19711, United States. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean. Written notice reaches us at legal@newslettersearchengine.com.
What the service is
A free, public archive of marketing and lifecycle emails sent by B2B SaaS companies, collected by subscribing to those products with addresses that belong to this archive. There are no accounts, nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for, so nothing here creates a subscription or an ongoing service commitment to you.
The archive changes constantly. Emails are added as they arrive and removed when someone asks, so anything you see today may not be here tomorrow. If you need a permanent copy of something, keep your own.
What you may do with it
Read it, search it, link to it, and cite it. Quoting an email and linking back to its page here is exactly what the archive is for.
Please do not:
- Hit the site or its API hard enough to degrade it for other people. There is a public JSON API and an RSS feed — use those rather than crawling pages in a loop.
- Republish the archive wholesale, or build a mirror of it. Individual emails, quotes and screenshots with attribution are fine; the collection as a whole is not yours to redistribute.
- Use anything here to impersonate a sender, to build a phishing template, or to contact anyone named in an email.
- Attempt to reach the admin pages, the ingestion addresses, or any part of the system that is not linked from a public page.
Who owns the emails
We do not. Each archived email remains the work of the company that sent it, and their trade marks and logos remain theirs. They appear here to identify whose email you are looking at — a nominative use — and nothing on this site implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any company listed.
Everything that is ours — the site itself, the tagging, the search index and the way the archive is organised — stays ours.
Having something removed
Anyone can ask, and it does not require a lawyer or an argument. Use the removal form and we action requests before we debate them. A brand can also ask to be removed entirely, which unpublishes its page and every email under it and stops us collecting more.
If you believe material here infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the work, the URL, and your contact details to legal@newslettersearchengine.com, with a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. The same address takes counter-notices.
No warranty
The archive is provided as it is, for free, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is complete, current, accurate or available, and we do not promise that an email is displayed exactly as its recipient saw it — messages are sanitised before display, which changes them. Do not rely on anything here as legal, security or business advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Popupsmart Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim connected with it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top is when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies to you. We may also change or withdraw any part of the archive at any time, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
