Hi Emre,

We've made some updates to our Terms of Service (https://www.cognitoforms.com/legal/terms?utm_source=Cognito+Subscriber+List&utm_campaign=876f77bac3-2026termsprivacyupdates&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-6191f172ab-601255072) and Privacy Policy (https://www.cognitoforms.com/legal/privacy?utm_source=Cognito+Subscriber+List&utm_campaign=876f77bac3-2026termsprivacyupdates&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-6191f172ab-601255072) , effective October 24, 2026.

Here's a quick summary of the main changes:
* Location and fraud prevention. We use outside services to get location and security information that helps protect your account and prevent fraud. Some of these providers may keep limited lookup information to improve their services.
* Spam prevention for emails. We may use AI to check emails sent through Cognito Forms for spam, including any form responses included in those emails. We don't keep this email content, and we don't use it to train AI.

By continuing to use Cognito Forms on or after October 24, you agree to the updated terms. If you have any questions, just reply to this email or contact our support team (https://www.cognitoforms.com/supportrequest?utm_source=Cognito+Subscriber+List&utm_campaign=876f77bac3-2026termsprivacyupdates&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-6191f172ab-601255072) .

Thanks for using Cognito Forms,

The Cognito Forms Team
