We're updating the privacy policy and terms that govern your use of Verda. Here's a short summary:
Why we're making these changes
Verda has grown and so has the regulation around cloud and AI services. We now offer new products, and soon new locations. Our terms also need to reflect evolving EU and international legal requirements. We also want you to see clearly how we handle your data and what both sides are responsible for.
What's changing
Terms & Conditions: now covers our new products and services, including specific terms on AI services and confidential compute, as well as our compliance with frameworks and regulations.
Privacy Policy: more information on what data we process, why we process it, where it is stored and how long we keep it.
What you need to do
You can sign in to the Verda Console to review and accept the updated terms now. If you don't, they'll take effect automatically in 30 days, and you can keep building on Verda as usual. If you do not accept the changes in the terms, in accordance with the terms you have the right to terminate the Agreement.
