The new versions take effect on 12 October 2026. Prisma now hosts more of your stack, from databases on Prisma Postgres to apps on Prisma Compute. We've updated our terms to cover hosting, reflect our current products, and meet the legal requirements for cloud and hosting providers in the EU and the US. What's changing * Hosting services: the Terms now cover Prisma Compute and Prisma Postgres including your responsibilities for the apps and data you deploy. * Data protection: our Data Processing Agreement is now part of the Terms. You can download it from the Compliance section of the Prisma Console. * Acceptable use and abuse reports: we've clarified what isn't allowed on the platform. You can report abuse, illegal content, or copyright infringement to abuse@prisma.io. * Switching providers: you can export your data at any time, and there's no fee for leaving Prisma. Normal usage charges still apply while you move. * SLA: our 99.95% uptime commitment on the Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans now covers all generally available services. Beta services are excluded. * *What you need to do* Nothing. If you continue to use Prisma on or after 12 October 2026, the updated terms will apply to you. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using Prisma and close your account before that date.
