SaaS Changelog Email Examples

The recurring "what shipped" email, usually monthly. Changelog mail is the clearest signal of a company's actual development pace, and reading a year of it back to back tells you more about a competitor's roadmap than any analyst report. Note the format split: some products send a designed digest, others send plain text from an engineer, and the plain-text ones frequently get better engagement.
