Plus 15 more Productboard updates — feedback attributes in Spark, a Lovable connector, and bulk edits for up to 1,000 items. [Image] Link feedback to features from Spark [Image] How does Spark's feedback analysis differ from what any AI assistant gives you? Productboard pre-processes feedback as it arrives, so the bulk of the analysis is already done when you or a colleague prompts Spark. That lowers token usage, and it lets Spark accurately analyze up to one million pieces of feedback, well beyond the point where generic LLM chats lose accuracy. That's also why Spark can cite the actual feedback behind each trend. And with the latest update, you can now ask Spark to link those sets of feedback, or all the feedback behind any finding or opportunity, to a feature in your product hierarchy. Once it's attached, the evidence is there for every future product decision. Learn more [Image] Spark can update feedback attributes Now you can use Spark to triage feedback — directly in Spark chat or by scheduled automation. This is enabled by Spark’s new ability to update the attributes of existing feedback items: assign an owner, assign new or existing tags, attribute to a customer, or mark the feedback as processed. Learn more [Image] Send specs from Spark to Lovable With the Lovable connector, you can ask Spark to send a well-formed product specification directly to Lovable to kick off prototyping. Configure the connector directly from Spark chat. Learn more [Image] Customize field order in the sidebar Workspace admins can now reorder the fields shown in each entity’s sidebar and pin the fields that should always appear first. Individual members can also pin the fields they use most to a “My pinned fields” section. Learn more Additional features Find entities by describing them to Spark Spark now finds features, documents, boards, initiatives, and other entity types by meaning, not just exact names. Simply describe what you’re looking for in your own words. Exact title matches still appear first. Create entities and boards with Spark The global create + button toward the top of your screen now includes an option to create with Spark. Describe what you want and Spark can create one or more entities, or even an entire board. Bulk edit up to 1,000 items On the grid board, you can now select up to 1,000 features or subfeatures at once and update them together from the bulk edit sidebar, including status, owner, and custom fields. Backlog cleanups that used to need several separate selections can now be done in one. Trello connector for Spark With the Trello connector, Spark can search, review, create, and update your Trello boards, lists, cards, checklists, and comments from chat. It’s separate from the existing Trello integration, which remains available. Connect » Google Drive connector for Spark Spark can now search and read your docs, sheets, slides, and other Google Drive files as context for its answers, without you referencing specific files. Access is read-only. Connect » More enhancements Suggested follow-up prompts Below replies from Spark, you’ll now see up to three suggested follow-up prompts based on your conversation. Dismiss AI-suggested insights When an AI-suggested insight within a piece of feedback isn’t relevant, you can now dismiss it in one click. It won’t be suggested for that feedback item again. Enhanced skills page layout Browse skills in a card or list view, with clearer visibility into each skill’s description, author, scope, and state. Faster document editing via MCP AI agents connected to the Productboard MCP Server now edit documents and specifications in less time, with fewer tokens and fewer failed retries, and without affecting formatting, inline comments, or @mentions. Choose where automation outputs land A new picker lets you choose the teamspace and folder where a scheduled automation’s outputs will be organized. You can also have them emailed to you. Fixes for Spark-created feedback Now feedback that Spark creates is editable in the UI. Its source correctly shows it was generated from within the app, and the workspace member steering Spark is attributed as the creator. Updated Portal tab The Portal tab in feature and component sidebars now loads faster and is updated to match Productboard’s modern design system. Changes to images, titles, and owner publish to Portal viewers automatically, while changes to the description still wait until you click Save.
