Notes organized like our brains Introducing networked note-taking Hi @there, What if you could ask your notes: "Show me every meeting with the marketing team from last quarter" or "give me ten random Wikipedia articles I have saved"? 🔎 That's what queries do in Capacities. Instead of manually organizing everything into rigid folders, you define what you want to see using clever search parameters, and Capacities surfaces it for you. Filter by object type, date, tags, properties... even combine conditions. This will click for you when you realize you don't need to predict how you'll want to find things. You just capture naturally, and queries let you slice your knowledge any way you need—now or years from now. 🌠 Try it: Create a query block on your daily note. Start simple; maybe "all notes from this week" or "people I've met recently." We know queries can be a little intimidating if you’ve never used them before, which is why we created a live update view for your queries. As you’re changing your query settings, the results will live update so you can see exactly what you’re doing. See you tomorrow to learn more about our object-based approach, and why folders are holding you back. Best, Steffen Open Capacities This email is part of the Capacities onboarding series.
