Hey friend, One of the most interesting workflows I've seen from power users is how they use Balsamiq to get to something they can actually discuss faster. Here's how it works: They create a project with all their wireframes, alternates, and links. Then they add comments right to the canvas or sticky notes describing functionality. Then they send it out to stakeholders for feedback. Everybody comments on it. In 48 hours, they've all debated the options and decided on what they're doing. Then they go build it. The magic isn't that they eliminate meetings. It's that they get to a visual artifact that everyone can actually discuss and debate much faster. Instead of abstract conversations, they're talking about something concrete. Most of our customers tell us they were previously stuck in back-and-forth Slack channels and email threads trying to align on direction. But with this workflow, they wireframe, send it, and they're good. Then they build it and ship it three weeks ahead of their expected schedule.
