Give your PALs tools to be more effective

Your PAL deserves tools it needs to be more functional. This time, try using these 3 features:

 

Magic Canvas

Magic Canvas lets your PAL show interactive cards, such as questions, calendars, and charts, during a conversation. The PAL’s LLM decides when to show one and the user input flows back to the conversation

 

Presentation Mode

Presentation Mode lets your PAL present slide decks or images from your Knowledge Base. The documents are injected into the PAL’s conversation context so it can pull it up live-time and speak about it.

 

Tool Calling

Tool calling lets a PAL trigger code while a conversation is happening - look something up, write to a CRM, hit a third-party API, or notify your frontend. Tools are reusable, create them once, and attach them to any number of PALs.
