SaaS NPS Survey Email Examples

The satisfaction survey, usually the eleven-point recommendation question. Almost every SaaS product sends one and almost all of them look identical, which makes this a good tag for studying small variations: when in the lifecycle it fires, whether the score buttons are in the email itself, and whether anyone bothers to explain what happens to the answer. The follow-up sent to detractors, when there is one, is the more interesting email of the pair.
