SaaS Feedback Request Email Examples

Asking the user what they think, beyond the scored recommendation question: an open survey, a request for a review on G2 or Capterra, an invitation to a user interview, or the blunt "what could we have done better" after a trial lapses. These emails show what a company actually wants to learn, which is not always what it asks. Compare the incentive on offer, the promised length of the survey, and whether anyone explains what happens to the answers. The trial-exit question is the most honest of the set.
