Hi Emre, Surveys are not just about getting data, it’s so much more than that. There are so many use cases. But instead of telling you about it, we interviewed a couple of customers (more are on the way) and we’ll let them tell you how they use Refiner. Here’s a quick look: 1. Inform product roadmap — Castos uses signup surveys to continuously validate what they're building 2. Personalize onboarding — Livestorm tailors the setup experience based on user's main use case 3. Discover feature blind spots — JOIN surveys users to identify missing benefits/values in their platform 4. Personalize email marketing — Livestorm creates automated campaign branches based on survey responses 5. Win back NPS detractors — Qonto automatically flags detractors for proactive customer care outreach 6. Get more G2 reviews — Livestorm targets promoters' colleagues to increase review volume 7. Measure product improvements — Thriday tracks feature satisfaction over time to validate enhancements ----------------------------- 1. Inform the product roadmap ----------------------------- "When users sign up with an interest about monetization, we have a survey to know how they want to monetize their podcast. We did this at the beginning just to try and understand our customers better. And now, it's an ongoing survey to continuously get data to make sure that our new customers still want what we're building." — Craig Hewitt, CEO of Castos ------------------------------------ 2. Personalize onboarding experience ------------------------------------ "What we had before was a single onboarding that had to work for everyone. Now, when you create an account on Livestorm, one of the first things you see is a survey asking you what your main use case is. For example, if you say you want to do marketing events, we'll show you how to share a document, how to invite as many people as possible to your event, etc." — Thibaut Davoult, Head of Growth at Livestorm ------------------------------------------ 3. Discovering blind spots of new features ------------------------------------------ "For example, we recently launched a feature where companies can fill in their benefits and values to use in their job ads. We gave a limited list but we were not sure if we covered all the benefits and values there are. What we did is as soon as customers interacted with the list, we sent a survey to ask them if they were missing some value on this list?" — Marcandrea, Core Product Manager at JOIN ------------------------------ 4. Personalize email marketing ------------------------------ "We’re creating branches within the automated campaigns that adapt the content we send to people based on their answers to our Refiner surveys." — Thibaut Davoult, Head of Growth at Livestorm -------------------------- 5. Win back NPS detractors -------------------------- "Our process to close the customer feedback loop is now way more automated. The detractors are added to a database. We have a task force on the customer care side that is responsible for calling back all the detractors. This allows us to rebuild trust." — Mathieu Le Roux, Voice of Customer Expert at Qonto -------------------- 6. Get reviews on G2 -------------------- "We updated our NPS process to reach all members of organizations with at least one NPS promoter. This has led to great results in increasing the number of reviews we receive on G2" — Thibaut Davoult, Head of Growth at Livestorm --------------------------------- 7. Measuring product improvements --------------------------------- "With invoicing, for example, a survey is triggered after the first time they’ve used that feature. And then if they’ve used invoicing again, the next time they use it after 30 days is up, they’ll get that survey again. Hopefully a person that gave us a four will give us a five next time, because we’ve improved that part, or they’ve figured out how to use it properly." — Justin Bohlmann, Head of Growth at Thriday Is there any use case that’s attracting your curiosity?
