 Findings show you the patterns Spark has identified in your feedback. Opportunities show the broader problem areas most aligned with your strategy. Both are rooted in customer feedback, which you can now review from a new Feedback tab on any finding or opportunity.Learn more

 Ask for a specific piece of feedback and Spark will find it — “the latest call transcripts from Acme Co.”, “the 10 most recent mentions of user permissions”, or “the feedback from last week’s user interview”. Search by company, user, date, or keyword, and Spark links you to what it finds.Learn more

 When you’re running several Spark chats at once, each tab now tells you where it stands. A blue badge means an unread reply is waiting, and an orange badge means Spark needs your input to continue. Neither chat gets lost while you work in the other.Learn more

 Query GitHub without leaving Spark 
 Codebase analysis isn’t the only thing Spark can do with GitHub now. The new GitHub MCP connector gives read-only access to pull requests, issues, CI runs, and branch state through ordinary prompts. Set it up from any Spark chat by selecting the connectors icon. 
 Audit your Agent knowledge setup 
 Admins and makers can run 
 /improve-agent-knowledge 
 in any Spark chat. It surfaces missing foundational documents, outdated information, and systems worth connecting to help teams get the most out of Spark — then works through them with you one at a time. 
 Get help on all things Productboard 
 When you have a question about how Productboard itself works, Spark now answers from the latest support articles. No 
 /help 
 command needed. 
 Follow documents 
 Documents now support following, so you’re notified when someone comments. You’re added as a follower automatically on any document you create or that Spark creates for you. 
 Spark can rename boards 
 Ask Spark to rename one board, several, or every board in a folder. It shows you a preview of the changes to confirm before anything is renamed. 
 Teamspace privacy now applies to admins 
 Enterprise plan 
 The access settings for closed and private teamspaces now apply to admins too. Admins must be explicitly invited before they can view or interact with content there. This gives organizations greater control over sensitive work.
