Now that you’ve had a chance to chat with your visitors, you’ve probably noticed that there are some things you type a lot. Maybe even a tiring amount.

Use the Actions menu when you’re chatting to select and send your shortcuts.

Here's an idea to help you get started: create a shortcut with your favorite greeting, then try using it with each new chat this week and watch your response time in the agent activity report (found in Reporting.)
