With her segments in place, Susie was ready to build her first real automation in Userlist. She didn’t build anything complex — just one simple onboarding workflow.

If they haven’t uploaded their first photo, they received a nudge about that. And when they upgraded (which meant they joined the Customers segment), the workflow stopped automatically.
