Emre,

We would like to inform you of a Google Cloud Marketplace limitation that may end in downtime and possible data loss.

A change of your Google Cloud project billing account <https://pages.redis.io/OTE1LU5GRC0xMjgAAAGkE5rEm52DpJMBHrJzPt-kZgkTgZHG1s64_FKUKudniytiN6Xz5pGLmDNPlVY6DRCPrNEUXt0=> will cause all your Google Cloud Marketplace subscriptions to be canceled and deleted, which will cause downtime and possible data loss to any of the services you subscribe to.

If you need to make modifications to your Google Cloud project billing account, we ask you to:

- Consult with Redis before making any type of change to your Google Cloud billing account. When done in coordination, we can make sure the service will not be interrupted.
- Enable backup to your database <https://pages.redis.io/OTE1LU5GRC0xMjgAAAGkE5rEm1yDyyaLo3iC2TopyZlKm_wVtKn4Q08kGwNS3aeD_SUluBDSMie5YBKQn7msx-Ru1j8=>. This is something we generally recommend to all customers.

Please note that no action is required from your side unless you need to carry out changes to your Google Cloud project billing account associated with your Redis subscriptions.

If you encounter any issues or have questions, our support portal <https://pages.redis.io/OTE1LU5GRC0xMjgAAAGkE5rEmw6n8PjO_5R8jnYBvLaNzHr_0JrkdihTGa4O9kFopYythefk88485L0Lv03sDQbE-uo=> is at your service for swift assistance.

Best,
The Redis Team
