The old listing-level versions keep overriding it until you delete them. You can now remove a setting, such as Last Minute Prices, from many listings, groups or accounts at once, or apply one the same way. On the Customizations page, pick where to make the change and check the before-and-after preview. Then save. It pushes them right away instead of waiting for your next scheduled sync. It now costs $1 per unit a month, down from $2, on supported PMSs (see list ( https://help.pricelabs.co/portal/en/kb/articles/real-time-sync?utm_source=cio&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=oct26_pmm_oct-product-newsletter_en )). Last Minute Time of Day Pricing (formerly Additional Syncs) adds two extra price updates a day, at times you choose, so a same-day discount goes live while guests are still searching. It also supports an occupancy-based discount for the next two days, based on the time of day. Like Booking Surge Protection, it costs $1 per unit a month. You can now download it as a CSV, which is lighter than Excel when you pull many listings. In Portfolio Analytics, Bookings Channel shows each channel’s revenue, occupancy and ADR next to the same period last year, so you can spot which one is slipping. Choose Selected Dates in the date range menu to see them for exactly those dates, not just a rolling window of the next 30, 60 or 90 days. You’ll also see Min Price Hitting Dates: days when your price is stuck at its floor, a sign your minimum may be too high.
