** Hey Emre,
------------------------------------------------------------

** Last week I asked you to check your Creative Diversity score. Here's why it matters more in the next six weeks than it did all year.
------------------------------------------------------------

** The most annoying part isn't a catalog campaign performing badly. It's the exact same setup crushing it twelve months ago.
------------------------------------------------------------

Same products. Same feed. Roughly the same approach.

Yet CTR has slipped, CPA has climbed, and ROAS isn't fun to look at anymore.

And that's when the investigation starts:
* Did the creative get stale?
* Did the market get more expensive?
* Is the targeting off?
* Did we change something?

Or does Meta just not reward the same things it did a year ago?

Well, that's exactly what we'll cover on September 24 (https://optiqube.ai/webinar?utm_source=OptiMonk.com&utm_campaign=b8f17879dd-conversion_insights_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-74bad47ecf-445886108) .

I'll show you what's changed with catalog ads, why campaigns that were making great money last year might be struggling now, and what you can actually do about it.

And there's a reason to sort this out now rather than in November.

Meta CPMs are up roughly 20% year over year, and Black Friday week runs 2–3× your baseline — while Q4 brings 30–40% of the year's revenue for most stores. Whatever your catalog ads are doing today, they'll be doing it at triple the price in eight weeks.

Most BFCM accounts need to be built by early October. So you've got about three weeks to change what's in the feed.

Can't make it live? Register anyway — we'll send you the recording.

Because "it worked last year" isn't a Q4 plan. 😄
