Hexnode App updates suspended for older Macs

No dark-mode styles — this email renders the same in a dark client.

Hexnode App Updates Suspended
Hey Emre,
Starting with the next update, newer versions of the Hexnode apps will no longer be supported on macOS devices running on versions below 11.5. The applications that are a part of this update include:
Hexnode UEM version 19.0.0
Hexnode Remote Assist version 9.0.0
Hexnode Gateway version 5.0.3
Hexnode Agent version 26.0.6
You can continue using the current version of these applications for your older devices, and Hexnode will continue to deliver critical bug fixes and security patches. The core device management capabilities will also not be impacted by this update. However, these devices will be excluded from the regular app updates and feature releases.
This update is scheduled to roll out in batches starting next month, and we ask for your understanding. If you have any concerns regarding this update, don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime.
