[Action Required] Chroma joins Replit, sunsetting Chroma Cloud

I’m excited to announce that Chroma has signed a definitive agreement to join Replit.
Together, we will build the context layer for the self-driving company: a company where agents do more and more of the work,

Here are the important dates:
-> Dec 7, 2026 - Writes disabled
-> Dec 22, 2026 - Reads disabled
 
We are here to help with this transition. For small-sized data (under 1M embeddings) - almost all databases services now support
this scale with reasonable cost and latency. For larger, and multi-tenant use cases - please get in touch. Modern coding agents
should be very helpful here.
