Solid, Regular, Thin, Sharp — Choose your icon adventure

No dark-mode styles — this email renders the same in a dark client.

Hey there!

You’re making things awesome with all your new shiny icons, aren’t you? We know...there are almost as many possibilities as there are twisty passages in Zork.

But did you know you can use different icon styles to get a different look-and-feel (https://docs.fontawesome.com/web/add-icons/how-to/?medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=2-add-styling#families-styles) for each of your projects?

## Icon Families and Styles

## Classic Solid and Regular Styles

The Classic Solid style (https://fontawesome.com/search?ip=classic&s=solid&o=r&medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) is classic Font Awesome for a reason. The friendly, bold shapes are easy to read and can blend into a variety of situations — whether you're building an app navigation or adding heading icons for easy scanning.

And our Classic Regular style (https://fontawesome.com/search?ip=classic&s=regular&o=r&medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) brings the same easy attitude but with a lighter touch — great when you're using icons as larger elements, or as an alternate state of an interactive element.

## Add Even More Styles with Pro!

We've also got Classic Light (https://fontawesome.com/search?ip=classic&s=light&o=r&medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) and Classic Thin (https://fontawesome.com/search?ip=classic&s=thin&o=r&medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles), lighter weight versions of Classic Regular. Not to mention the Sharp family (https://fontawesome.com/icons/packs/sharp?medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) of styles with crisp clean corners in a variety of styles — Solid, Regular, Light, and Thin. Plus, check out Duotone (https://fontawesome.com/icons/packs/duotone?medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) and Sharp Duotone (https://fontawesome.com/icons/packs/sharp-duotone?medium=email&src=fa-app&series=onboarding&topic=3-icon-styles) families — they bring double the impact!

## Icons, now IRL

Font Awesome icons also work great in all kinds of print and physical projects! Add icons to posters, business cards, stickers, t-shirts, or... leaflets to put in mailboxes.

## Icons for Your Team
