Hey there - one common question I often hear is, "Where should I begin with Recordings?" Well, the answer lies in using Filters and Playlists.

With so many recordings available, it's challenging to review each one. However, you can easily find relevant videos by creating playlists through filters. Here's how you can get started:

- Solving for a Specific Pain Point: If you notice something unusual on your site and suspect an issue, consider creating a "High Priority Recordings on Specific Page" filter. This will help you learn more about what might happen and focus on critical areas.

- Not Sure of the Pain Point, but Recognize a Problem: Create the "Bounce Rate Filter" to view important data before watching recordings. This filter lets you narrow your focus and better understand visitor behavior.

In both cases, by filtering down to a handful of recordings, you can watch for specific behaviors such as visitors frantically scrolling, limited interactions with pages (lack of clicks), or rage clicks (repeated clicks on a specific element). These insights will give you a better understanding of the type of experience some of your visitors are having.
