1. Add a New Brand
First, you’ll create a brand. Your brand allows you to tell writers about your organization’s tone, audience, and writing style — info used for all projects created under that brand. You can create as many brands as you need and can always go back and edit.
💡 Tip: Be as descriptive as possible. Think of these as the foundation writers will use to match your voice.

2. Create Your Project
Now you’re ready to create your first project! Here you’ll tell us the type of content you need, desired length, and additional details to help the writer bring your ideas to life. As with your brand info, the more context you can provide, the better.

💡 Tip: Not ready to submit your project? No problem. Save it as a draft at any time and never lose your work.

3. Submit Payment
Before you send the project out to writers, the payment summary page gives you total transparency on cost and details — you'll see the title, content type, and word count of the project you're purchasing, the total cost, and which card you're using, all at a glance.

💡 Tip: If you need to change your payment info, you can easily add a new card here.
