Hello.

Over the past year, I’ve had the chance to talk with many of our customers and partners about BitTitan and MigrationWiz. I’ve heard a lot of useful feedback about what’s working, where we can do better, and what you need from us going forward.

We’ve taken that feedback seriously, and I wanted to share some of the progress we’ve made.

This week, we announced our latest updates to MigrationWiz document migrations. The work we’ve done across the platform is delivering 3 to 5 times greater document migration throughput, helping teams move hundreds of gigabytes or even terabytes of files and folders faster and keep large, complex projects moving.

It’s one of several areas we’ve been working on.

Over the past year, we’ve also introduced our new Graph API-based Mailbox project, reengineered Microsoft Teams Private Chat migration, expanded our migration capabilities, and made significant investments in Customer Support. Our Support team has averaged 95% CSAT over the past 14 months and reached 98% in the most recent quarter.

There’s always more we can do, but I’m proud of the progress the team has made and where we’re headed.
