SaaS Win-back Email Examples

Sent to lapsed or churned users, often months after the last session. Win-back is where SaaS copy is at its most experimental, because the downside is low and the audience is already gone. Look for what is offered: a discount, a changelog of everything shipped since they left, a personal note, or simply a graceful goodbye. The "here is what changed while you were away" pattern is the most common and the most effective.
