SaaS Sales Follow-up Email Examples
The personal-looking email from a named rep after signup: checking in, offering a call, asking a quick question about the trial. In B2B SaaS this is where self-serve meets the sales team, and the seam usually shows. Look at whether the rep mentions anything the user actually did, how soon after signup the first one lands, and how many follow-ups arrive before the thread goes quiet. Plain-text ones that ask a single question tend to read as human. The ones that open with a calendar link rarely do.
