There's a moment every builder hits. The app looks great, the data is in, and the automations are running. Then you try to share it with an actual user and realize: anyone who logs in can see everything.

This is the problem with most AI-generated apps right now. Lovable, Bolt, Replit. They're great at generating interfaces fast. But they're not built for multi-user systems.

When real people show up with different roles, different data, and different levels of access, the app breaks down. Structurally.

User Groups. Define who your users are. Client, Admin, Team Member, Partner. Assign them manually or automatically based on their data.

Conditional Visibility. Open any block in your studio, click the Visibility tab, and set exactly who sees it. A client sees their own records. An admin sees everything. Nobody sees what they shouldn't.

Preview as any user. Before you share anything, walk through your app as each user types. You'll catch every gap before your users do.

You don't need to think about all of this on day one. But it's worth knowing that when you're ready to share your app with real users, the structure is already there.
