No dark-mode styles — this email renders the same in a dark client.

Hi there,

A few days ago, we emailed you about the Simple Analytics badge on the free plan. We got a lot of feedback, and we tried our best to fix it:

1. “Too little time.”
That’s totally on us. We debated this important email for a long time, but forgot to move the deadline. The new deadline is December 1. If we don’t detect a badge after that, we’ll send you a reminder, and you’ll still have 14 days to add one.

2. “It’s too big.”
We added a way smaller text link. It takes the font, size, and color of the text around it.

3. “It’s painful to implement.”
Click “Copy AI instructions” in the new badge studio and paste them into your AI coding assistant. It adds the badge for you.

4. “I want to host it myself.”
In the badge studio, choose “Self-hosted” to get an inline SVG. It loads instantly, without requests to other domains. The only downside: it can’t show your visitor count.

5. “It doesn’t fit my design.”
We turned the badges page into a badge studio, with way more options to design your badge: presets, colors for light and dark mode, corners, sizes, and borders.

6. “I just want to delete my account.”
