Say Hello to Anna – Your New AI Agent
We’re excited to introduce Anna , Proggio's AI agent designed to streamline your project management experience. Anna is here to enhance existing AI capabilities and will soon begin performing autonomous tasks to save you time.
How to interact with Anna:
Accessing the AI : You can find Anna via the AI button in the top menu or by clicking the Anna avatar in the bottom-right corner.
Contextual Assistance : In addition to starting new chats or revisiting previous threads, you will now receive relevant AI suggestions based on the specific context of your current work.
Flexible Chat Interface : Use the left menu to expand your chat window or quickly start a fresh conversation.
Choose Your Perfect View
Your Proggio timeline is built for flexibility. Once you're ready to dive into your project, you can choose from three customizable view options to suit your workflow:
Map View : A digital canvas providing an instant, high-level overview of your entire timeline at a single glance.
Board View : Perfect for Kanban fans. Track progress, gather updates, and manage tasks with simple drag-and-drop actions.
List View : Drill down into the details. Filter tasks by category and use bulk actions to manage your data efficiently.
Don't worry about choosing just one! You can flip between these views with ease, and they will dynamically update whenever you add new information.
Moving from Legacy Tools?
If you are currently using legacy Gantt files, our new Gantt Conversion Tool makes migration seamless. You can export your MS Project data to Excel and upload it to Proggio to automatically import tasks, timelines, and dependencies into a modern, interactive map.
Ready to get started?
