Every link takes you to a help article with the full details. 01 Airbnb is changing its fees. Check that your setup is updated Airbnb is moving hosts off the split-fee model and onto the host-fee model. If you connect to Airbnb directly (no PMS) and haven't adjusted your rates yet, our migration tool updates your prices so your payout stays the same. No action needed if you are connected via a PMS. One related change: market prices, ADR, and revenue in PriceLabs now include Airbnb’s guest-facing fees for past dates when those fees applied, providing an apples-to-apples comparison.
