•Reconnect once: open Calendar in Praiz and click Connect next to Google Calendar or Outlook. Your recording preferences are kept. Until you do, your meetings are recorded as before.

•Your bot, your way: admins choose its name, its picture and its background image, like your company logo. They also set the message it posts when it joins, switch it to audio only, and make it leave when it is alone in the meeting.

•Simpler rules: record or skip a meeting based on its type or on keywords in its title, and leave recurring internal meetings out. A choice you make on a single meeting always wins.

•One clear page: upcoming meetings grouped by day, and all settings in one place.

Each field lands in your CRM exactly the way you want.

Agent settings › Send field to CRM

•Two new modes: Summarize merges the new value with what is already in the CRM field. Fill if empty writes a value only when the property is still empty.

•Date fields: an agent can extract a date and send it in the right format to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

•Cleaner notes: bold text displays properly in your CRM, and an agent that finds nothing no longer sends an empty note.

•From your AI tool: turn a field's CRM sync on or off from Claude or ChatGPT, through our MCP Server.

Translate: the Translate button shows an agent's output in another language.

Saved views: save your home filters as a view and make it your default. The duration filter now goes down to one minute.

Pinned agents: keep the agents you use most at the top of the call page.

Specific recipients: send an agent's result by email to up to five addresses of your choice.

Copy with formatting: bold text and lists stay intact when you paste a result into an email or your CRM.

Users and seats: search the user list, export it to CSV, see how many seats are in use, and assign a seat from a user's row.

Automation rules: target specific users, or only recordings from the mobile app.

MCP Server: now also connects from Codex CLI.

New agent page: describe your agent in plain words, preview each email or Slack message before you turn it on, and apply the agent to past calls.

CRM integrations revamp: a rebuilt connection to your CRM, to go even further.

AI role plays: train your team on realistic scenarios generated by Praiz.

ISO 27001: the final audit is done, certification is expected this week.
