Make Agent feel like your teammate

No dark-mode styles — this email renders the same in a dark client.

Set preferences, add memory, and choose a look.

Your most helpful teammate, your way.

Your AI team ( https://www.notion.so/?utm_campaign=%5BUpdated%5D+Creator+Onboarding+2025&utm_campaignid=652&utm_campaigntype=transactional&utm_content=Email+3+-+Personalize+Agent&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=customer.io )

Your Agent adapts to how you work—so it feels like a real teammate, not a tool. In a minute or two, you can teach it your style and give it a little personality.

Personalize my Agent ( https://www.notion.so/?utm_campaign=%5BUpdated%5D+Creator+Onboarding+2025&utm_campaignid=652&utm_campaigntype=transactional&utm_content=Email+3+-+Personalize+Agent&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=customer.io )

To update your Agent , hover over the Notion AI face until you see Personalize, then click to edit. From there, you can:

•
Set communication preferences. — Create an instructions page to teach your Agent your tone, workflows, and quirks. Start fresh or use a template..

•
Let it learn— Your Agent picks things up as you chat with it. Add details like “Sarah is my manager” or “we focus on product launches” so it can tailor responses.

•
Give it personality— Pick a name and an accessory that match your style to make it more fun to work with.

Best,

The Notion Team
