E2E testing challenges

Hi Emre,

I'm curious if your team at NSE has faced challenges automating E2E test
scenarios involving:

   -  UI and API integration tests
   -  PDF documents
   -  Email content
   -  Traversing applications and systems (in-house or 3rd party)

Many teams see friction in these areas, even with extensive automation in
place (Selenium-based or otherwise).
