You'll never land in spam lemlist logo Hey Emre, It’s been 2 days since you signed up to lemwarm, and deliverability doesn’t stop here. The way you manage your lead lists and send volume has a direct impact on whether you land in inbox or spam. It’s often hard to know what “good” looks like, so here’s a short version of the best practices. ----------------------- 1. Keep your data clean ----------------------- Validate every email before sending with our email verifier. You'll need to keep your bounce rate under 3%, anything above 5% will trigger spam filters. Remove old, catch-all or no-reply emails regularly. They hurt your sender score fast. ---------------------- 2. Control your volume ---------------------- Start slow. If your inbox is new, send 10–15 emails per day for the first week. (per email address) * Add no more than 5 extra sends every 3–4 days. Stay consistent, sudden jumps in volume are a clear spam signal. * After 3–4 weeks of clean activity, you can move to 20–25 emails per day safely. --------------------- 3. Monitor and rotate --------------------- Check your performance daily. Pause any inbox with open rates below 30% or bounce rates above 2%. Rest your domains 1–2 days a week once you reach steady volume. Keep a 20% buffer of warmed inboxes ready so you can rotate without losing sending capacity.
