Here's how to set it up

*Step 1: Select your trigger*

Start with the trigger for your workflow, such as when someone submits a form, makes a payment, or enters a segment like “Qualified leads”

*Step 2: Add action*

Drag in what should happen next. You can easily send different emails based on custom logic and add a wait time between steps. Workflows also update the contact in your CRM as they run: change the status, assign the contact to the right person, or add a tag. With the “Exit” action, you control when users leave the workflow by setting a specific condition.

*Step 3: Activate your automation*
Once everything is in place, activate your workflow, and it’ll run in the background for each contact matching your criteria.

*Step 4: Monitor executions*
