Re-configure Your Okta Integration
Hi Emre,
We have recently revised our Okta integration workflow, and they are scheduled to roll out in batches starting with the first week of August . The update aims to simplify the integration by allowing you to configure your Okta account using your Client Credentials.
Why is this important?
After the next Hexnode update, you will no longer be able to modify your Okta configurations. Although the integration will continue working as per the configured settings, should you ever need to modify any of the configurations, you will first have to update to the client credential flow. This reconfiguration is also required to receive future Okta updates and use the Okta Device Trust service.
How can you do that?
Once the update goes live in your portal in August, you can simply, Add the Hexnode app to your Okta portal.
Retrieve your Client Credentials (Client ID and Client Secret).
Use these credentials to reconfigure your Okta integration with Hexnode.
To ensure uninterrupted services, we highly recommend reconfiguring your Okta account as soon as the update rolls out in August .
