Once it's connected, your sandbox is yours to work with:

* Invite your team and give each person the right permissions
* Build workflows that follow your real ops processes
* Query and act on your data from Claude or another LLM
All of it starts with the datasource. Follow the quickstart ( https://docs.forest.app/get-started/quickstart ) and you'll need a database URI, Node.js, and a terminal.
