#1 Choose a survey template

We have templates that get your started in a few clicks: NPS, CES, CSAT, and more. There are templates for customer experience, growth marketing, user research, and product management. But you’re totally free to create surveys from scratch, too.

#2 Install our SDKs

Install our JavaScript SDK ( https://refiner.io/docs/kb/javascript-client/client-introduction/?utm_campaign=customer.io&utm_content=Welcome&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=email ) if you want to launch surveys in your web application or on your website. We also have a mobile SDK ( https://refiner.io/docs/kb/mobile-sdk/getting-started/?utm_campaign=customer.io&utm_content=Welcome&utm_medium=email_action&utm_source=email ) for iOS, Android, React-Native, and Flutter. Plus, options for email surveys and direct HTML embedding.
