Our Beginning
In 1995, two friends with a shared passion for delicious treats started a little neighborhood bakery and named it Levain (pronounced Luh-ven). They baked BIG cookies beloved by neighborhood locals and international tourists alike. Today, we continue to share the cookie joy in our bakeries and ship cookies nationwide.
