Use tags to pin content to topics and benefit from your captured inspirations A better way to structure content Hi @there, We have another thought for you today, and it’s a pretty big one! With the omnipresence of the computer, we have become so familiar with documents, spreadsheets, websites, or PDF files that we don't question their usefulness. Unfortunately, they often don't follow our intuition and our natural approach to working with information and knowledge. Here's a question: where would you file a meeting note that's about a project, involves three people, and contains a book recommendation? In a folder system, you'd have to pick one place. The note gets buried, and you forget it exists. Best case you can resurface it with the correct search terms. In Capacities, that same content become objects: a meeting object linked to a project object, connected to three people, referencing a book object. Each object lives in its own space—but they're all connected. 🕸️ Click on a person? You see every meeting, note, and project involving them. Click the book? There's the meeting where someone mentioned it. This is the shift from organizing by location (folders) to organizing by meaning (connections). Your notes stop being filed away. They become findable from any direction. 💡 Try it: Create a "Person" object for someone you work with. Then mention them in a meeting note using @. Watch the connection form, and how you can navigate both ways. This way you never have to remember where you put anything. Your notes will resurface exactly when and where you need them.
