In light of the uncertainty we all face with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and team members.
We understand customers are relying heavily on digital connections and, in turn, the role MailNinja plays in this. Communicating with your customers in times like these is critical and we want to support you in any way we can with your email marketing activities.

Email plays a vital role as we look to compensate for changes in marketing strategies. As you evaluate your planned communications, we recommend you consider the following:
Review your automated emails, as well as your planned email strategy, in light of the COVID-19 outbreak and update anything that may no longer feel appropriate for the current circumstances.
For those customers where foot traffic may be impacted by this pandemic, consider taking this time to keep your audience engaged through relevant content.
For those customers having to cancel in-person events, consider digitising your event.
Continue to use email as a way to keep in constant contact with your customers and subscribers.
