SaaS Onboarding Email Examples
The scheduled sequence that follows the welcome email, usually across the first week or two. Onboarding mail teaches one concept per send and measures success by activation, not opens. Look at the pacing as much as the copy: how many days apart, how many emails before the product asks for anything, and whether the sequence adapts to what the user has already done. Products with strong retention tend to have unusually patient onboarding.
